Timely Turnaround

Amber Pharmacy verifies all of the patient’s insurance, including coordination of benefits and calls you back as quickly as possible.

We accept all forms of prescription medication coverage. This includes billing private insurance, Medicare Parts B & D, most Medicaid plans, special assistance programs and prescription cards. Plus, we will determine the order of payers to ensure medications are billed correctly. If patients are covered by more than one plan, Amber Pharmacy uses all benefits available. This ensures patients receive the maximum coverage.

Prior Authorizations

Amber Pharmacy completes prior authorizations to the extent we are able, minimizing therapy disruption.

Financial Administrative Assistance

We understand medications can be costly. Our team helps patients research financial aid options, so they can focus their time and energy on their health and well-being. This includes working directly with manufacturers to apply co-pay cards. We also work with grants and foundations to help patients apply for financial help.

Patient Education & Resources

All Amber Pharmacy patients have access to a patient support team, including a registered nurse, a registered dietitian and a certified case manager. Your patient education and resources team provides personalized care plans, reliable resources and clinical support to promote medication adherence and help you achieve the best possible outcomes. As an Amber Pharmacy patient, you will also receive a customized wellness kit, which includes condition-specific educational material.
