Order Refills When It Works For Your Schedule

Did you know that you can (re)order your medication without having to call in each time? We’ve introduced multiple ways to order refills:

1) Text Message

You can sign up to receive alerts on your phone via when your medication(s) will be ready to refill. Once you receive a text message, you can follow the prompts to order refills by texting. From there no calls are necessary.

This is an efficient option. In order to sign up for refills through text you must first opt-in. Simply email [email protected] or fill out the contact form and let us know.  

2) Mobile App

Many of our patients order refills through the mobile app on their smart phone or tablet. In addition to selecting the “refill” buttons, patients can also easily manage their account and track shipments through the app.  

Note: You can use the chat feature to talk to staff should you have any questions.

3) Patient Portal

Some patients prefer to order refills through the patient portal because it is easily available on their desktop or laptop computer.  Just like the Mobile App, you can manage your account on the portal.  

4) Email – [email protected]

Send your information to [email protected] and our team can process a refill. We understand that at first emailing can feel less direct compared to calling in. However, our patient care teams constantly monitor this email inbox account and coordinate care across teams quickly. Emails typically receive a response within 24 hours.
