Amber Specialty Pharmacy and Hy-Vee Pharmacy Solutions Announce a New Vice President of Business Development and Strategy

Amber Specialty Pharmacy (Amber) and Hy-Vee Pharmacy Solutions (HPS) have hired Roy Bigler as the Vice President of Business Development and Strategy. In this role, Roy will build on company success through leadership of managed care sales, development of new business partnerships, the creation of customized solutions for our clients, and the development of new strategies and channels to further grow the organization.
Roy comes with a wealth of experience, having previously held a sales leadership position at the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC). In that position, Bigler forged relationships with key stakeholder and strategic partners, developed key sales strategies, and substantially expanded revenues. Prior to ACHC, Roy served as the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing for Advanced Home Care.

Bigler earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland at College Park. He serves on the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP) Board of Directors and is a member of the National Association of Chain Drug Stores.
