Transplant Coordinators

Amber Pharmacy makes it simple for you to get meds to your patients prior to hospital discharge.  In fact, our commitment to on-going personal attention to our customers often begins with your order.

Call  1-888-370-1724
To order prescriptions for new transplant patients, just call us toll-free.  A real person-–not an automated answering system--will always answer your call.  On most occasions, you will speak directly with the pharmacist who will fill your order.

Fax  1-402-896-3774
If you prefer, you can fax us your order using our New Patient Registration Form.  Please contact us if you need a copy of this single-page form, or you may print out the form here:

Overnight Delivery for Discharge Meds
We’ll overnight discharge meds to the hospital.  Orders placed by 3p.m. C.S.T. will be shipped via FedEx to arrive to you by 10:30a.m. the next morning.

Free Wellness Kit for New Customers
Each new transplant patient will receive a wellness kit that includes information about their medication, a digital blood pressure monitor, pill organizer and digital thermometer.  We, even, offer free glucometers for patients with diabetes - upon request.  Pediatric transplant recipients receive an additional gift.

We work with thousands of insurance companies across the United States.
We’ll verify the patient’s insurance information and handle their claims’ paperwork.  Because the list of private insurance plans that we participate in may change, if you are unsure whether we are a participating pharmacy with your patient’s private coverage, please contact the Amber New Enrollment department at 1-888-370-1724 or email us at amber@amberpharmacy.com.

Fewer Emergency Calls from Patients Who Have Run
Out of Medications

We make complimentary re-order reminder calls to our customers 7-10 days prior to their meds running out.  We check to see if the prescriptions are the same as the previous month.  If so, we’ll take the refill order then.  If no one answers our call, we will leave the customer a message if possible or send a note reminding them it may be time to reorder.
