Amber Pharmacy works directly with your hospital transplant team to get the correct medications to you before you go home after your transplant. Transplant Recipients: Just let your transplant coordinator know that you’d like your medications from Amber Pharmacy and we’ll set everything up for you! Transplant Coordinators: We’ll overnight discharge meds to the hospital. Orders placed by 3p.m. C.S.T. will be shipped via FedEx to arrive to you by 10:30a.m. the next morning. 1. Call 1-888-370-1724 to order prescriptions for new transplant patients. Your call will always be answered by a real person – not an automated answering system. On most occasions, you will speak directly with the pharmacist who will fill your order. Or 2. Fax our New Patient Registration Form to: All new transplant customers will get a FREE Wellness Kit with their transplant discharge medications.  |
